Mobi House's ‘Modul Sunrise Chocolate’ is a compact tiny house that is well and truly designed to balance a polished and pleasant interior with a functional, small-scale layout.
Inside, the layout is split across multiple levels, with a main living area below and lofted sleeping spaces above. Large windows welcome in generous amounts of natural light, which helps the space feel more open despite the limited and relatively compact footprint. The darker exterior contrasts with a lighter, wood-led interior finish, reminiscent of the pleasing visual aesthetics of chocolate.
This particular tiny house includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and built-in storage, all arranged to keep the main floor usable throughout the day. Stairs double as storage, and vertical space is used carefully so nothing feels wasted.
