微型小屋設計
數十年來，大宅設計一直是主流標準，但隨著小型住宅風潮興起，大宅設計正迅速式微，當中包括如 Zook Cabins Juniper 般的新型號相繼推出。
這座單層小屋提供 756 平方呎居住空間，分佈於兩間睡房、廚房、浴室及客廳之中。此建築以低調方式融入現代設計元素，適合於各種不同地點擺放。視乎地塊面積及分區規劃限制，此小屋亦可作為額外居住單位（ADU）使用。

The single-story cabin features 756-square-feet of living space spread across two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The structure embraces modern design elements in a modest way that's suited for placement in a wide variety of locations. This could accommodate use as an additional dwelling unit (ADU), depending on property size and zoning restrictions.
The Zook Cabins Juniper cabin design embraces modest living as consumer demographics like Gen Z require smaller, more affordable alternatives to the larger homes. This comes in contrast to the home design expectations of previous generations.
