studioMDA 完成Marian Goodman Gallery
studioMDA 完成 Marian Goodman Gallery 位於紐約市百老匯 385 號的全新旗艦店及全球總部。此項計劃，將歷史悠久的 Grosvenor Building（1875 年落成的工業地標建築）改造為一座佔地 35,000 平方呎的設施，橫跨五層樓，容納展覽、研究、行政及藝術品倉儲功能，其中包括兩層位於地下的倉儲及檔案空間。
此適應性再利用項目，保留了原有鑄鐵立面的特色，經修復呈現雙色調灰色調，同時展露木製托樑、室內磚牆及多個大型拱形開口。全新 Marian Goodman Gallery 概念，亦於地面樓層引入一個 55x26 呎、樓底高達 16 呎的無柱展廳，容納不同尺度及媒介的作品。
此外，設計團隊透過將電梯及樓梯遷移至建築後方，開闊了樓層平面，並於各展廳之間，打造出更清晰、更連貫的動線。

studioMDA has completed the Marian Goodman Gallery's new flagship and global headquarters at 385 Broadway in New York City. The venture transformed the historic Grosvenor Building, an 1875 industrial landmark, into a 35,000-square-foot facility that houses exhibitions, research, administration, and art storage across five floors, including two levels of below-grade storage and archive spaces.
The adaptive reuse project preserves the character of the original cast-iron facades, which were restored in a two-tone gray palette, while exposing timber joists, interior brickwork, and large arched openings throughout. The new Marian Goodman Gallery concept also introduces a 55 x 26 column-free gallery on the ground floor with 16-foot ceiling heights to accommodate works across a wide range of scales and media.
Additionally, by relocating elevators and stairs to the rear of the building, the design team opened the floor plates and created clearer, more continuous flow between galleries.
