The YETI Carbon Steel Cookware is built for both home kitchens and campsites in response to consumer demand for versatile products that prioritize versatility within the weekend warrior lifestyle. The three-piece range includes 10-inch and 12-inch frying pans, a carbon steel wok, and a versatile griddle, which are all pre-seasoned to support use right out of the box.
The wok pairs a flat base with high, rounded sides for stir-fries and one-pan meals, while the griddle offers a generous cooking surface with separate zones to allow cooks to sear proteins on one side while warming tortillas or vegetables on the other. Rather than a conventional coating, the YETI Carbon Steel Cookware leverages the brand's nitriding process that hardens the surface to resist rust and scratches, with nonstick performance improving as oils build up with repeated use.
