The COVID-19 pandemic has forced brands and institutions to reconsider the delivery of products and services—even spaces of worship have had to shift to enable the safety of their audiences and the emergence of virtual church services is an interesting example of this.
The Metropolitan Bible Church in Ottawa, Canada quickly pivoted to online streaming to accommodate and better support their community. This is extremely important as the COVID-19 pandemic has made life difficult for many. The Sunday service, for example, is streamed at 9 AM and 11 AM every Sunday morning and individuals can choose to watch it on YouTube where one can access older Virtual Church service broadcast or on the church's webpage. One needs to register for those.
