The fresh dog company Ollie has released its inaugural Ollie's Obsession Overview: The State of Dogs 2026 report. This initiative synthesizes proprietary Health Check-In data from hundreds of thousands of canine assessments alongside a national survey of over 1,000 American dog parents to reveal that America's dogs are collectively healthier than they were one year prior.
The findings from the Ollie's Obsession Overview: The State of Dogs 2026 report indicate that nearly one-third of dogs improved in at least one health marker year-over-year, with digestion emerging as the most improved category as stool health improved in over 40% of dogs with multiple check-ins, while weight management showed progress as nearly eight percent of overweight dogs moved into healthier weight categories and activity levels increased among new pack members.
