Vertical Aerospace與Sigma Air簽署採購諒解備忘錄
Vertical Aerospace 與 Sigma Air Mobility 簽署諒解備忘錄，就採購 Vertical Aerospace 的 Valo eVTOL（電動垂直起降）飛行器達成初步意向，勾勒出由採購及營運測試，到正式推出商用電動空中出行服務的路徑。此協議亦為飛行器營運、商業準備度及客戶需求方面的合作，建立一套框架。
Sigma Air Mobility 隸屬於 Luxaviation Group 集團，此集團管理逾 200 架商務飛機，並透過 ExecuJet，經營全球規模最大的固定基地營運商網絡之一。Vertical 目前已從四大洲的客戶手中，取得約 1,500 架這款四座、零營運排放 Valo 飛行器的預訂。

Vertical Aerospace and Sigma Air Mobility signed a memorandum of understanding for the intended purchase of Vertical Aerospace's Valo eVTOL aircraft, outlining a path from acquisition and operational testing to the launch of commercial electric air mobility services. The agreement also establishes a framework for collaboration on aircraft operations, commercial readiness and customer requirements.
Sigma Air Mobility operates as part of Luxaviation Group, which manages more than 200 business aircraft and runs one of the world's largest fixed-base operator networks through ExecuJet. Vertical has approximately 1,500 pre-orders for the four-passenger, zero-operating-emissions Valo aircraft from customers across four continents.
Vertical Aerospace shows how experienced aviation operators are positioning themselves early to help integrate eVTOL aircraft into existing networks once certification and production timelines align.
