LaGuardia Design Group 是一家屢獲殊榮的景觀建築事務所，於 Water Mill 及紐約市均設有工作室，完成 Sag Harbor Bay 項目。此項目經細心重新構思、位於東角的水岸景觀，透過本地原生植栽、精心打造的戶外空間，以及具韌性的岸線策略，於當代生活方式與自然美景之間取得平衡。
Sag Harbor Bay 項目，位於一片林木茂密、坡度起伏的水岸地段，需要細緻規劃，以保護周遭的橡樹及雪松林地，建築、步道、露台及泳池，均按地形自然等高線佈局，無縫融入現有地勢之中。項目採用單一品種的花崗岩，由紐約本地一個礦場親自挑選，並運用 3D 掃描技術進行數碼測量及建模，確保鋪設位置精準無誤。

LaGuardia Design Group, an award-winning landscape architecture firm with studios in Water Mill and New York City, has completed Sag Harbor Bay. This thoughtfully reimagined waterfront landscape on the East End balances contemporary living with natural beauty through native plantings, carefully crafted outdoor spaces, and resilient shoreline strategies.
The Sag Harbor Bay project is located on a heavily wooded, sloping waterfront site and required careful planning to preserve the surrounding Oak and Cedar Forest, with buildings, walkways, terraces, and the pool all positioned to follow the natural contours of the land and integrate seamlessly into the existing topography. A single variety of granite, hand-selected from a local New York quarry, was digitally surveyed and modelled using 3D scanning technology to ensure precise placement.
