Avenir, a master-planned community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has unveiled the Great Egret Clubhouse — an expansive new amenity complex spanning 13 acres that serves as a social and wellness hub for residents living in the development's western neighborhoods.

The Great Egret Clubhouse integrates a wide array of recreational, dining, and relaxation options under one roof. This includes a full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor bars, a resort-style pool with a beach entry and a separate lap pool, as well as cabanas and hammocks for lounging. For fitness enthusiasts, the clubhouse offers a comprehensive sports complex featuring a fitness center, group exercise studios, an indoor basketball court, 12 pickleball courts, nine tennis courts, and an open play field.
