According to the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation, approximately one in two women over age 50 will break a bone because of osteoporosis, but supporting better bone health can be as simple as eating a well-balanced diet, getting adequate calcium and Vitamin D, and exercising—and Bone-IQ is a personalized bone health app designed to help with the latter. Bone-IQ connects users to evidence-based exercises for preventing poor bone health and supporting people living with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

After completing a short assessment, every user gets a customized program based on their diagnosis, experience level, and the equipment available to them. Over time, the workouts adapt so that users can progress safely, and get stronger with confidence.

In the future, Bone-IQ sees the potential to offer even greater support with progress tracking, AI-powered coaching, and computer vision technology for real-time movement feedback.
