Data Deletion Instructions
If you would like ELELAND COMPANY LIMITED to delete personal information we hold about you, please follow the instructions below.

1. How to Request Deletion
Email info@eleland.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the following in your message:
- Your full name and contact email
- Your relationship with ELELAND or our brands (e.g. client, inquiry, Feather Assistant customer)
- If applicable, the relevant Meta / Instagram / Facebook user ID, Google account, or other platform identifier
- The scope of data you want deleted
2. Processing Time
We will respond and complete deletion within 30 business days, subject to any legal, audit, or compliance obligations that require us to retain certain records. Data held in encrypted backups will be deleted in the next backup rotation cycle.
3. Third-Party Platforms
If your data lives on a third-party platform (e.g. Meta, Google, Shopify), we can guide you to the deletion request flow on the relevant platform. We are not able to exercise data controller rights on behalf of those platforms.
4. If You Contacted Us via Meta Platforms
If you sent us a message or inquiry through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete that conversation history by replying within the same thread or emailing the address below. Messages remain visible to you in your own Meta inbox unless you separately delete them on your side.
